Do I need insurance?
You must have travel insurance that covers trekking. If you don't have this you won't be allowed to join.

Do I need vaccinations?
Vaccinations are highly recommended, please check with your doctor if you are up to date.

Can I rent trekking equipment?
For most of our tours not much equipment is needed, and for an extra fee you can have a porter carry your bags. If you decide you need hiking sticks then these can be provided.
